Any student in grade 9-12 is welcome to join and also 8th graders from RBS and Walter T may join!

 

Please fill out the online form if you are interested in joining.  It is important that you do this for writing drill and picking out the music.  

 

 

The Butler Marching Band is an extremely important organization for our students, school, and community.  In the past, this musical ensemble was a big part of the Butler high school and one of my goal is to bring that high-energy success back to the school. 

The Marching Band is considered a varsity sport and all members will receive a varsity letter at the end of their third year membership.  There are rehearsals through out the summer (check calendar on Home Page) The band will have weekly rehearsals two days a week; Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00PM-8:30PM.  We perform our half-time show at every home game and also perform in the stands at every home/away game. 

 My vision is to have the Butler Marching Band to become a premier musical performance ensemble, and with the student’s membership and dedication our band will grow and strive for excellence.
